At Hatch’s Custom Meat Cutting, we offer a variety of services to meet your processing needs. From slaughtering and skinning to cutting and packaging, we have the skills and equipment to deliver the best product possible.
Processing
BEEF
We offer both State Inspected and custom cutting options for farmers. No herd of your own? We work closely with regional producers to obtain animals for resale for consumers in search of fresh, farm-to-table products. After arrival, the beef will hang in a temperature-controlled environment for approximately 10-14 days, allowing the meat to rest, increasing tenderness and improving flavor.
During this process, you will complete an order sheet listing all available cuts, so the meat will be cut to YOUR specifications. Once the processing is completed, the meat is flash frozen to ensure optimal freshness.
Processing
PORK
Whether custom cut or State-inspected, experience quality cuts every time. We offer whole and half pig processing, roasters, as well as individual cuts for sale.
Always to your specifications, you’ll have your choice of cuts, sausage flavoring, and smoking.

Lamb and goat processing is available, carried out by skilled individuals, always to your specifications. Choose from cuts such as front shoulder roasts, loin in rib roasts, round steaks, ground meat and sausages, as well as loin chops and the desired thickness.
Our dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets us apart. Choose us for exceptional results every time.
Processing
moose
We continue to offer a full range of services including skinning, quartering, hanging, processing, and vacuum sealed packaging. The meat will hang in a temperature-controlled environment for 7-14 days for increased tenderness. However, rush turn-around options are possible, subject to availability.
Consistent and professional, get quality results every time.
